Right to appeal

If there is a dispute regarding the Installer Registration Card Scheme Requirements, the matter can be appealed.

Making an appeal

Please identify the account, card, company or decision concerned and provide the reasons for the appeal together with any relevant supporting information.

Review and outcome

The IAA will consider the information provided and may request further information where this is required to review the matter.

The outcome will be communicated using the contact details supplied with the appeal. The decision of The IAA is final.
